Product designer in Belo Horizonte.
I'm a product designer in Belo Horizonte and have worked on digital products for 10 years. I worked at Studio Sol, designing Cifra Club and Palco MP3, at Banco Inter, Sigga and Sympla, and spent five years at Dito, where I led design for the entire CRM product.
I like to lead without stepping away from the work. At Dito, I looked after a team of up to 9 designers, the Design System and the way the team worked. At Cactus Gaming, I changed the design team's process: designers started building in the product repository, with AI, alongside the devs, all the way to production.
